Geinitieerd door studentactivisten die elkaar vonden middels studentprotesten in Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Frankrijk en elders, vindt a.s. 25-30 mei het European Education Congress plaats. Het is open, gratis en toegankelijk voor iedereen, en heeft als doel om kritisch de rol van het onderwijsstelsel in de samenleving te beschouwen, en ideeen uit te wisselen over hervormingen in het onderwijs en protesten daartegen. Kom allen, en neem iedereen mee. Slaapplekken worden door de organisatie geregeld. Voedsel eveneens. Vooral als je je vantevoren inschrijft en aangeeft welke dagen je er bent. From the 25th to the 30th the European Education Congress will take place in Bochum, Germany, not far from the Netherlands (see map). An open and free congress, initiated by studentactivists who started networking through massive European studentprotests in Germany, Austria, France and other countries. A congress to critically analyse the role of our current educational system and share ideas about studentstruggles against budgetcuts, tuition-fee-increases and other reforms. As a participant you are invited to contribute yourself with anything you might be willing to discuss, instead of only listening to the words of a few wise men. Sleeping places, food, and even transportation might be arranged for u, if you sign up now. (don’t sign up now, and you can still camp nearby for free with a tent).
