Yess! The first Mark Our Words. is coming!

On January 28th the first meeting will be held at Casco. We are thrilled to invite you to this mini-lecture on the representation of women in media, and the discussion afterwards. We are looking forward to hearing your opinions, insights and stories.

During the first meeting we will be discussing women in media. How are women represented, do we agree with that and how can we influence that image?

First speaker:
Annelot Prins, graduate student in both Literary Studies and Comparative Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam. Annelot will speak about Beyoncé and feminism.

Second speaker:
Mea Dols, documentary director. Mea will discuss the positon of women in the commercial and film industry.
